Privacy notice (POPIA)

Biemann EduHub, a division of Biemann Group (Pty) Ltd (“we”), respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

• Information that stays on your device: marks you enter in the APS calculator, assessment answers, CV drafts, saved items and preferences. These are stored in your browser and are not sent to us unless you create an account or choose to share them.
• Information you send us: your name, email and message when you contact us, subscribe or request a demo.
• Usage information: with your consent, anonymous analytics about how pages are used.

Why we use it

To provide the tools you ask for, respond to requests, send newsletters you subscribed to, and improve EduHub. We do not sell personal information.

Learners under 18

Where a school licenses EduHub, the school acts as the responsible party for its learners and obtains any required consent from a competent person.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa. Contact our Information Officer through the contact form (choose “Privacy or data request”). You can export or clear on-device data at any time from I-EduHub Yami.

Cookie policy

We use essential browser storage to remember your settings (currency, accessibility preferences, consent choice) and the items you save. With your consent we may also use analytics storage. Change your choice at any time with cookie settings.

By using EduHub you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, copy at scale or disrupt the service. Content is provided for general guidance. Accounts and licences for organisations are governed by a separate agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Isimemezelo sokuzihlukanisa

Admission requirements, APS thresholds, fees, rankings, salaries and funding dates change and are shown as indicative figures. Always confirm with the institution, funder or employer before you apply or make a decision. Job listings marked as samples are illustrative. Assessment results are guidance, not a diagnosis or a guarantee of admission or employment. External links lead to sites we do not control.

Accessibility statement

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. EduHub supports keyboard navigation with visible focus, a skip link, semantic headings and landmarks, labelled form controls, and respects reduced-motion settings.
